Who is eligible?

• High School Seniors
• Current College Students
• Previous Faith Foundation Recipients

Pre-requisites:

• 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Verified acceptance/enrollment into a four-year college or university
• Actively serving in a ministry at Faith Community Church
• Consideration will be given to applicants with a GPA of 2.75-2.99 and those enrolled at a two-year community college

You may also pick up an application at the church offices Monday thru Friday during regular office hours.  Deadline to submit applications and required documentation is 4:30pm Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
